Shipping & Delivery

Whether you live in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Groningen, Eindhoven or anywhere else in the Netherlands, we deliver your mirror free of charge throughout the Netherlands.* As mirrors are special and delicate products, we pay great attention to careful packaging and safe transportation.

The right transport for your mirror

A (large) mirror requires a different method of transport than a standard parcel and therefore needs to be properly packaged and transported.

For our (large) mirrors, we work with a carrier experienced in transporting mirrors. Whenever possible, all mirrors are transported upright and carefully secured.

Small mirrors – free parcel delivery

Small mirrors are carefully packaged and shipped by parcel service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace code by email so that you can follow your shipment.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier may deliver the parcel to a local collection point. You will receive further information via the track & trace service.

Parcel delivery is generally only available for smaller mirrors. The shipping method also depends on the model, dimensions, weight and packaging.

Specialist transport

Medium-sized and large mirrors are delivered using specialist transport. Standard delivery is to the door at ground-floor level.

For very large or heavy mirrors, one or more people may need to be present at the time of delivery to assist the driver with unloading. This applies particularly to mirrors larger than approximately 80 × 180 cm and/or weighing more than approximately 40 kg.

If this is necessary for your mirror, we will discuss this with you in advance.

Arranging your delivery

For specialist transport, the delivery is scheduled in advance. We will arrange the delivery day with you. On the evening before delivery, you will receive an email from the carrier with the estimated delivery time and tracking information.

Do you live in an apartment, residential complex or on an upper floor, or are there stairs, a lift or other special circumstances? Please let us know in advance. Standard delivery is to the door at ground-floor level. Additional delivery services may incur extra charges.

Carefully and securely packaged

Every mirror is carefully packaged before leaving our workshop. Depending on the size and model, we use cardboard, corner protectors, protective wrapping and additional protection where necessary.

For specialist transport, the mirror is then transported upright and securely fastened inside the vehicle. For exceptionally large mirrors or international transport, a special wooden transport crate may be required.

Additional delivery services on request

Do you have any special delivery requirements? For example, two-person delivery, delivery to an upper floor or delivery to a special location? Please let us know in advance.

We will be happy to discuss the possibilities with our carrier and request a customised quotation if required. Any additional costs will always be discussed with you in advance.

Collect your mirror yourself

Of course, you can also collect your mirror from us. When you collect your mirror yourself, you will receive a 10% discount on the purchase price. You can select this option when placing your order. The discount will be deducted when you collect and pay for your mirror.

We will notify you as soon as your mirror is ready for collection and let you know when it can be collected.

International delivery

We deliver our mirrors not only within the Netherlands, but throughout Europe and worldwide. In principle, we can deliver to almost any country. International transport is also available for large and heavy mirrors.

Orders for delivery to Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg can be placed directly through our webshop. The shipping contribution for these countries is automatically displayed during the checkout process.

Would you like your mirror delivered to another European country or outside Europe? In most cases, this is no problem at all. If your country or shipping contribution is not automatically displayed in our webshop, you can simply request it from us.

For particularly large, heavy or delicate mirrors, a custom-made wooden transport crate may be used for international transport. This allows us to transport even large custom-made mirrors safely over long distances.
